Booking an appointment

Booking an appointment with us is easy. 

You can call in at 623-925-1386 and schedule with our front desk. 

Another way to book is by visiting out online site HERE. Booking online allows you to see which time works best for your schedule. 

You can also come in and say hi and see if we have an opening at that time as we do accept walk-in appointments, but please be aware we do schedule patients. 

We respect that our patients understand at they have a set appointment with us, and we do not allow double booking, because of this we do have a no-show and a late cancellation policy in place. For more information see our cancellation policy see below.  

All new patients require a card on file to reserve their appointment time.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

A missed Chiropractic appointment presents problems for both of us.

For you, a missed appointment causes a delay in treatment that was recommended to help improve your health.  For our office, a missed appointment prevents us from scheduling another patient that could benefit from treatment. We schedule individual time with each patient to allow us to deliver the quality, personal care that every patient deserves.  We value you as a patient, so please be courteous and notify us as soon as you know you will not be able to attend your scheduled appointment.

Please contact us at 623-925-1386 as soon as you know you will be unable to make your appointment. 

Canceled appointments made more than 24 hours in advance are not charged for rescheduling.

 Those appointments canceled less than 24 hours or Failure to show up (No-SHow) for a scheduled service(s) will result in FULL payment for scheduled service(s) which will be billed at the close of business day to the card on file.  If the card has been declined, the charge MUST be paid prior to the next appointment in order to be seen. This policy applies to NEW and ESTABLISHED patients. That charge will be charged directly to the patient/guarantor, NOT to the patient's insurance. Healthy Spines Chiropractic reserves the right to terminate the doctor-patient relationship due to no-shows.
