Dr. Heather was born and raised in California.  She always knew she wanted to be in the medical field so while in High School she completed the High Schools Medical Careers Academy.  While in the Medical Careers Academy she was part of her local Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) club were she won 3rd place in California's HOSA competitions for medical assisting in 2005.  After high school graduation she moved to Wisconsin where she graduated from Lakeland College of Sheboygan, Wisconsin in 2009.  She graduated Lakeland College with her Bachelor’s degree in Biology.  From Lakeland she moved to Minnesota where she attended Northwestern Health Science University.  Dr. Heather graduated from Northwestern in November 2013 with her Doctorate in Chiropractic.  In 2014 Dr. Heather moved to Arizona to be closer to family.  In 2016 Dr. Heather furthered her education and received her fellowship in Acupuncture.   

 

Nothing brings more joy to Dr. Heather than to help other. 

 


Crystal Stewart, CMT, LMT, NMT

Crystal Stewart was born and raised in California.  In 2010 She attended Northern Arizona University where she got her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry.  She Graduated NAU in 2014.  After attending NAU she decided to further her career in Alternative Health Care with attending National Holistic Institute (NHI) for Massage Therapy.  She Graduated NHI with a focus in Neuromuscular Therapy in the hopes of helping those in chronic pain.  She recently moved to Arizona in January of 2017 to start her practice and to help the people in the Avondale area with their chronic pain through Massage Therapy.

Sarah  was born and raised here in Phoenix. Up until 2014 she worked as an administrative assistant in a variety of industries. She enjoyed the work and the people she worked with but knew something was missing and that she hadn’t found her calling.  After talking to a friend who had recently become licensed as a massage therapist she finally realizing what it was she was missing.  She decided to go for it and graduated from Arizona School of Massage Therapy in October of 2015.  She still couldn’t be happier for making the change. She really enjoys working with clients to help them maximize the benefits of the massage experience.   She loves going to work knowing that she will have a positive impact on someone’s day. Every client is a new opportunity to do that.   She is currently working on certification to become a hypnotherapist. she has experienced wonderful personal growth in this field and strive to give back to friends, family and the community.
